The objective of the activity is to develop a Large Angular Flexible Pivot (LAFP) taking into account the difficulties encountered in the past projects and featuring an extended angular stroke, and an integrated launch load protection. The objective of this activity is to reach TRL6 Model demonstrating the critical functions of the element in a relevant environment. Although not part of the component to be developed, the components necessary in the test bench (EGSE MGSE) : actuator, encoder shall be duly considered by the contractor. The Hold-Down Release Actuator is not part of the LAFP, and will be replaced by a dummy Actuator in the test campaign. Procurement Policy: C(3) = Activity restricted to SMEs RD Entities.
