Collaborative Data Hub Software – Maintenance and Evolution Services – Ready for Digital Twin EarthThe ESA Data Hub Software is an open source software that has been developed, operated and evolved for the Copernicus Sentinels data dissemination operations. Thesoftware has been used in many contexts, both in the core operations of the Copernicus Space Component Ground Segment and for the Collaborative Ground Segment. This intended invitation to tender is addressing the industrial service needed to provide for to the maintenance and evolution of the Data Hub Software (DHS) software for the Sentinels Collaborative Ground Segments operations. Ensuring that the DHS is: available to the Collaborative Ground Segment partners to operate as a mirror archive fit for purpose as anESA customer furnished item to Data Hub Relay operators, aligned with and able to take advantage of the harmonised interfaces ofthe CSC GS Framework, evolved with innovative interfaces and providing the hooks to feed Sentinel Data and Collaborative GroundSegment contributions in support of Digital Twin Earth initiatives.The intended procurement is separate to (and shall be independent of) any other maintenance service of the Data Hub Software for the purpose of ESA’s core operations of the Copernicus Sentinel Data Dissemination (ie. scihub/cophub etc). No assumptions are to be made on the availability of any other maintenance service of the Data Hub Software.
