The Requesting Party Activities (RPA) scheme is a part of the Associate Agreement signed by Latvia. One of the goals of the RPA is to support the Delegation and Latvian Industry in all matters related to ESA, in particular ESA procurement.The Latvian Delegation requested ESA to initiate a tender action under their RPA programme to procure the service of an independent expert who locally supports Latvian industry to work with ESA, assists in promoting the growth of Latvian space industry and aids the Latvian delegation inthe collection and dissemination of related information within Latvia.
