This activity is being procured and managed by the Agency, as a part of a Contribution Agreement between ESA and the EC on Space Technology Activities under the Commissions Horizon 2020 Programme. It entails the aggregation of 14 IOD/IOV Experiments on smallsat or other space systems and will encompass all the necessary tasks to prepare, provide and operate the IOD/IOV Spacecraft, together with the related ground segment, which will accommodate and operate the selected IOD/IOV Experiments and the provision of the IOD/IOVdata to each IOD/IOV Experiment provider. Procurement of launch services are excluded.The ITT will be open to economic operators whose registered seat is located in any of the European Union member states or in any of the associated states participating to the Horizon2020 Programme , in accordance with the provisions of the association agreements concluded with the Union.
