Presently the Cyber security activities at ESEC, the ESA Centre located in Redu (Belgium), are focused on awareness and training about cyber security threats and risks (Cyber Range).The next objective is that ESEC becomes the centre for the provision of cybersecurity services to ESA space operations: the Cyber-Security Space Operations Centre, or CSOCThe objective of this study is to assess the needs in the space operations context and propose to ESA the requirements and a preliminary solution to implement and operatethe ESA CSOC in ESEC. These services shall consist of security monitoring, incident response coordination and analysis of cybersecurity incidents impacting space and ground infrastructures? In support to ESA missions.
