Development of an PRS Unattended Monitoring System Test Bed based on sampling of PRS signals and real time processing through SW receiver to be developed. The objective of the study is to investigate the feasibility and demonstrate via a test bed the capabilitiesfor PRS service monitoring based on remote signal sampling elements and a centralized processing and decryption element. The remoteelements will only sample/record the broadcast Signal-In-Space and will forward the recordings to a central element containing all data processing and security functions.
