The main use case of the system targets to spacecraft missions. While today ESA/ESOC has monitoring systems for the domains above, there is no system that has a single consolidated view of the whole organisation and thus there is no system capable of detecting complex cross-domain configuration errors or inconsistencies. The system will provide a soft real time consolidated monitoring view and error reporting of all assets that the mission utilizes directly or indirectly. In terms of its management capabilities, the system shall offer the means to logically interact with external systems, for example via a procedure execution environment. The decisionmaking process may be based on the received monitoring information, or may be performed on demand. In addition the system will provide the capability to produce reports at various configurable levels.
