This EXPRO+ procurement is part of the NAVISP Programme, under Elelment 1, Work Plan 2018.The activity is addressing the definition of a system concept where HAPS are being used for GNSS augmentation for specific use cases addressing harsh environments, interference monitoring/location and alternative/complementary PNT. It starts from the definition and selection of study cases and evaluates candidate architecture (including a preliminary design), performance and technologies (Especially at HAPS platform and payload level). The activity addresses the potential for future demonstrations and establishes plans for future developments.
