The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) is inviting university students interested in conducting experiments in the field of microgravity to apply for the 2021 edition of the programme Drop your Thesis!, organised by the Education Office of the European Space Agency (ESA). The deadline for submitting proposals is 22 November 2020.

There is a new education resource in Romanian language available for children aged 8 – 12 years old: “Moon Shelter - Investigating different shelters on Earth and in space”.

The European Space Education Resource Office – Romania (ESERO Romania) – a project of the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), organises a series of training courses addressed to school teachers.

The “Vianu Climate Detectives” and “Creative students’ laboratory ” teams from Romania are among the top five teams participating in this year’s edition of “Climate Detectives ” — an event organized by the European Space Agency (ESA). Along with three other teams from Malta, Italy and Greece, the members of these teams stood out among the 450 participants from the ESA Member States.

The Space Foundation, with the support of Lockheed Martin, is offering a 15 series webinar event full of space-inspired STEM activities and career pathway discussions geared toward Middle and High school students, but also for parents and teachers.

Higher education institutions can submit a proposal for the call for interest announced by the ESA Education office for the 4th Symposium on Space Educational Activities! The calls for interest should be registered by 1 May 2020.
