The Estonian Industry Incentive Scheme is the instrument that is used by the Agency in accordance with the Agency Rules and Procedures, to finance activities aimed at adapting Estonia's industry and other actors to the Agency´s requirements and programmes.The technical subject of the activities financed by the Estonian Industry Incentive Scheme take into account the priorities of the ESA-Estonia Task Force, in particular they are aimed at facilitating the participation of Estonia in ESA mandatory activities. The presentactivity was agreed by the ESA-Estonian Task Force, to be implemented in a top-down manner, i.e. through an ESA initiated ITT, as defined in the Estonian Industry Incentive Scheme Roadmap.The overall objectives of this activity may be summarised as follows:-Identify the key areas within a MOGS system of systems where application and integration of DLT can provide significant benefits including, but not limited to, decentralized authentication services and digital trust at scale-Perform and document market research onexisting, relevant, applied DLT tools, applications and frameworks-Develop and prototype software which shall demonstrate the useof applied DLT within a MOGS-Identify possible areas for future development for DLT within the MOGS and propose a strategy for rolling out such a system.
