On 29 March 2017, the European Global Navigation Satellite System Agency (GSA) organises a set of webinars to discuss the three open calls for proposals and one invitation to tender related to aviation, maritime, roads and search-and-rescue applications.
Those who are interested to participate at the online events are invited to register here.
The GSA opportunities will also be presented at the Receiver Manufacturers’ Workshop, held on 21 March, in Prague, at the GSA Headquarters.
The first call — Advanced RAIM (Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring, — ARAIM) is addressed to the aviation industry. The deadline to submit proposals is 19 May 2017 and the registration requirements are available here.
The second call is addressed to the maritime industry and has a deadline on 31 May 2017. Requirements for the call are available here.
The third call is addressed to a transversal market segment, aiming to secure availability of commercial products from European manufacturers of MEOSAR beacons. The deadline of the call is 31 May 2017.
At the same time, the GSA has also launched an invitation to tender for developing authentication messages (Open Service Navigation Message Authentication), which will inform users with regards to the source of the navigation message. Registrations can be done here, no later than 19 May 2017.
